Exploring with ceramics, forms and shapes are always the main focus, our attention will be easily attracted depending on the size of an object. Miniature work has this ability to invite viewers to have a personal interaction with the piece itself. Creating different familiar fairy tales characters into small sizes, viewers are allowed to project their imaginations into the scenarios. As a contrast to the original stories, I reinterpret them with the idea of kindness and humanity. Through this work, we can reflect on our inner-self and how do we respond to the expectations of society. In the miniature world, imagination has no limit, it allows us to retreat, focusing on the scenes and space, where time has stopped.
