ARTIST STATEMENT

Exploring with ceramics, forms and shapes are always the main focus to be emphasized, I believe that every form has its uniqueness and characteristic. By choosing mainly formal solutions, I try to develop forms that do not follow logical criteria. For example, reinterpreting of daily experience and transforming of object into a piece with new meaning which is different from its original purpose. My works are characterized by the use of everyday objects in a surreal way from forms and colors.
